It is also important to understand that the precious metals shortage is a world wide phenomenon. Cumulative information is pointing to the fact that the World Central Banks are artificially lowering the commodities prices through the use of manipulation via naked(un covered) short futures contracts. The futures market is a reckless form of gambling and manipulation where big money players can sell something that they do not own at a future date. The SEC has made "naked shorts" illegal in the equities markets, but happily allow these in the commodities markets as the entire paper establishment is fundamentally opposed to precious metals as they lose control as you leave the "paper radar screen". These Central Banks have been able to artificially create the illusion of a massive sell off without producing any metal whatsoever. In fact, there are no audits or proof that the metal even exists in their possession. As a result, the market has experienced unprecedented downward manipulation with the greatest precious metals shortage in human history. This is making the premiums on physical metal increase rapidly and we are now seeing a dichotomy between the paper futures(Spot) market and the real physical markets. For example, at this point in time, COINSPlus is paying as much as 20-30% over spot price for sufficient quantities of nice quality silver rounds, 10 & 100 ounce Englehard & Johnson Matthey Bars and U.S. 90% silver coinage. A few companies claiming to sell these items below these levels are unable to produce the metals for their clients and are dependent upon lowering market prices to profitably obtain and deliver the metals to their investors. One such company is offering the majority of their products at 10% or more below what dealers are actively buying these items at from one another on our secured dealer networks. Some of these companies are in serious financial straights and are using you, the investor as their bank to keep other facets of their business afloat. Some of these are run by convicted felons or worse. Be assured, if everyone is "out" or extremely limited in quantities while a single company is willing to sell unlimited quantities at drastically lower prices, it should be quite apparent that there is a problem.
